Already bought SuSolid?

Thank you. Here is what your purchase includes and how to get what you need.

What your purchase includes

• The full version, licensed to your name. You can see the name at the end of the SuSolid Settings menu.
• SuSolid 3.0, free: Everyone who has bought SuSolid gets SuSolid 3 free. It doesn't matter when you bought it.
• Updates if you bought before SuSolid 3.0: Your free updates are tied to the SketchUp version, as the old terms said. If you bought SuSolid on or after 7 October 2025, when SketchUp 2026 came out, you still get free updates until the next SketchUp version is released.
• Updates if you buy SuSolid 3.0 or later: Free updates for one year from the date of purchase.
• Lifetime updates: If you bought the lifetime updates option, you get every future update free. This option is no longer sold.

Using SketchUp 2026?

SuSolid versions before 3.0 can make SketchUp 2026 crash. SuSolid 3.0 fixes this, and it is free for you.

I'm sending it to the email address you used to buy SuSolid. If it hasn't reached you, or that address has changed, let me know. When you install SuSolid 3.0, it tells you to remove the old version.

Lost your copy, or need it on a new computer?

Write to info@susolid.com and I'll send it again by hand. So I can find your purchase quickly, please include:

• the name and email address you used with PayPal,
• roughly when you bought SuSolid,
• the PayPal transaction ID, if you still have the receipt.

This opens your email program with the questions filled in. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself. I check each request against the sales records before sending, so it can take a day or two.

Just bought it and nothing arrived?

A personal download link is emailed to the address of your PayPal account within a few minutes. Check your spam or junk folder, and the inbox of the email address your PayPal account uses (it may not be your usual one). If it still isn't there, write to me.
